Cohort
Graduate learning takes place in groups of 8 to 20 students (referred to as a cohort), which remain together through the 17 month span of the program. Cohort structure enhances productivity and provides networking opportunities. This structure is particularly attractive to adult learners, as it forms a team-based support system for cohort members. In the cohort, learners share experiences, ideas, and perspectives, which enhance each other’s learning. As a result of this structure, relationships and networks are formed, contributing to the success of each member.
Modular
Modular design allows students to focus on one class at a time. Students complete one course for five or seven weeks, then move on to the next module.
