Modular R.N. to B.S. Program

Designed for the working RN, this 15-month, one-night-per-week program helps nurses throughout Western and Central New York achieve their goals. The fully accredited Modular R.N. to B.S. Program is held in five convenient locations.
The focus of the program is to build on the current knowledge of the RN while providing material that is immediately applicable to the workplace.
Respect for the working adult student is evident in the design and format of the program; we make it possible to get your BS degree in a time-shortened format while continuing to work.
Divison of Adult Professional Studies (OM, BHA, MHA)

The Division of Adult Professional Studies offeres degrees in: Organizational Management, Health Administration and a Master of Science in Health Administration.
The major in Organizational Management, designed for the working adult who has the equivalent of an associate degree, is housed in the Division of Business and Management. Designed for the working adult, the program provides opportunity for completing the Bachelor of Science degree in 54 weeks. Features of this program include professionally relevant course work, accelerated study, and college-validated credit for prior learning experiences.
Master of Science in Strategic Leadership

The M.S. in Strategic Leadership is a modular, small-group, accelerated-learning, adult degree program. The content of the program focuses on the managing for quality results and providing of principle-centered leadership in organizations. Concentrations in organizational management and non-profit management are available. Students meet once each week for approximately 15 months. Admission to the program requires a baccalaureate degree and two years of full-time practical work experience.
Master of Social Work

The Master of Social Work Degree, a 60-credit program, is approved by the New State Department of Education and is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Housed in the Division of Social Work, the program prepares graduates for advanced social work practice. There are two concentrations currently available: Child and Family Services and Mental Health. A unique characteristic of the program is the goal of integrating social work knowledge with Christian faith perspectives. An Advanced Standing program, available to students holding a CSWE-accredited undergraduate Social Work degree, allows students to complete the program in a summer and the following academic year.

Master of Science Degree programs are available in School Psychology and School Counseling, as well as Master of Arts: Counseling in Ministry. The curriculum is based in and motivated by the College’s Christian context. Uniquely, the programs include exploration of Judeo-Christian perspectives in Psychology.
