Select Corporate Directory
To Search in Corporate Directory by full or partial First Name, Last Name or Number:

Use Up/Down arrows to select First Name, Last Name, or Number
Use Number pad to enter search criteria
    If searching by name, hit number consecutively till letter desired is reached

Press Select soft key
Results listed
Use Up/Down arrows to select person
Press Dial soft key to call person
Look up my received/dialed phone calls

Conference Call Options

IT Services offers two different types of Conference Calling capability: Three-Way Calling & Meet Me.

Three-Way Calling – Allows you to create a three-way phone conversation from your office phone with people from both on and off campus. Please see the Three-Way Calling Guide.

Meet Me – In house Conference Call capability allows you to have a phone meeting with up 12 callers at a time, whether they are on campus or off. As part of this capability, Roberts currently has 2 conference call lines available with 800 numbers associated to each line. Meet Me lines need to be scheduled by contacting the Help Desk at 585.594.6898 at least a week in advance. After Meet Me line is schedule, you will receive an email with the confirmation and instructions.

Conference Phones are available for group conferencing in any of the classrooms or conference rooms on campus. Conference phones can be used in conjunction with the Meet Me or can be used for direct dialing. Conference phones need to be scheduled by contacting the Help Desk at 585.594.6898 at least a week in advance.

My Phone Doesn't Work

Employees/Desk Phones - Ensure that your phone is properly plugged into your network jack. If there is still a problem please contact us.

Students/Dorms - Try to test your jack with another persons phone to make sure that it isn't a problem with your phone. If you believe the problem is with the wall jack, then please contact us.
