Test the following on the computer that is having trouble connecting:

Can you get to Intranet web site?
- If NO, Can you access via an IP address.. http://10.1.1.215
- ... if you can get to the above, then check your DNS Settings
- If YES, Can you get to an external page.. http://www.google.com
Are you connected to the network through a Hub or Router?
- If YES, then disconnect from hub/router and plug your computer directly into the wall.
